Abstract

This article will comment on the way of being and thinking of the two world superpowers, as well as the challenge that China poses to the hegemony of the United States, the economic-trade dispute between Washington and Beijing, the financial organizations and instruments that have been implemented to reduce the economic power of the United States over time, as well as the main sources of tension and the complexity of the conflict.

Julio Zevallos Costa, Marina de Guerra del Perú

Capitán de Navío en situación de retiro. Graduado en la Escuela Naval del Perú en 1987, se especializó en Electrónica y Comunicaciones y en Guerra de Superficie, desempeñándose en varios buques de la Marina en el área de operaciones navales. Fue comandante de la fragata misilera BAP Aguirre (FM-55). Es bachiller en Ciencias Marítimo Navales y Magíster en Estrategia Marítima y Política Marítima.
