Abstract

This article analyzes the interaction between the human factor and wargaming, achieving to increase in critical thinking, professional debates, skills in the Joint Planning Process (JPP) and evidencing the consistency of the theories in their constant practice. In turn, allows for the improvement of the quality and reflection of decision-making techniques, innovating solutions with different insights.

    Licenciado en Ciencias Marítimas Navales por la Escuela Naval del Perú. Es calificado en Guerra de Superficie y Sistema de Armas. Obtuvo el primer puesto en el Programa Básico de Estado Mayor por la Escuela Superior de Guerra Naval. Graduado del Naval Staff College en el U.S. Naval War College.
