Abstract

This article analyzes the human factor and technological development based on the new challenges in Maritime Security Operations in relation to hostage rescue crisis situations related to the Countering Transnational Organized Crime in the maritime environment.

    Licenciado en Ciencias Marítimas Navales por la Escuela Naval del Perú. Es calificado en Guerra de Superficie y Sistema de Armas. Obtuvo el primer puesto en el Programa Básico de Estado Mayor por la Escuela Superior de Guerra Naval. Graduado del Naval Staff College en el U.S. Naval War College.
